Methods of the use of software for monitoring of seasonal ornithological complexes and estimation of influence of the wind farm

Nowadays absence of mathematical models to estimate impact of wind farm on ornithological component of the region causes lack of specialized software to carry out such analysis. As a result there is a need to develop its own model and create a web application to monitor bird seasonal complexes and estimate the impact of wind farm. This paper presents requirements for a mathematical model and provides developed software using methods.
