Fundamentals of ornithological safety in the power grid environment

This publication is dedicated to the safety of the birds in terms of the grid environment. Presents the conceptual framework (see terms and definitions) to a new form of applied discipline «Electrical ornithology». An overview of the major recommendations in the field of ornithological security of power grid facilities, given the abstract base resolutions on the theme «Birds and power lines», developed by the international ornithological community in relation to modern conditions.
