Some notes on the migration of Greylag Geese raised in the Askania-Nova Reserve

From 12 to 46 juvenile Greylag Geese (Anser anser) bred in the captivity are released annually. The return rate made 41.3% of the total ringed. The birds moved to different regions of Ukraine, Russia, Poland and Germany.
